Twenty-nine years ago, in the place where our restaurant is today, we opened a small wooden bar that had little or nothing similar to the current O Luar da Foia space.
The will to innovate, preserving all the local tradition, and the will to transform Monchique into a gastronomic destination of excellence have always been food for our success.
